Bradley Goodson, founder and owner of HouseScan Inspections Charleston, is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston, where he also played on the baseball team. (Go Cougars!) After gaining hands-on experience in the marine industry working with a variety of boat builder across the US and while renovating his own home, Bradley discovered a strong interest—and talent—for home inspections.

After switching careers, he began his professional journey in Home Inspections with HouseScan Inspections Corporate in Jacksonville, Florida, where he spent several years honing his craft in inspections and eventually leading a team of inspectors and consistently refining his skills, systems, and efficiencies. Eventually, the call of the Lowcountry brought him back, where he launched HouseScan Inspections Charleston to bring high-quality inspections to the community he knows and loves.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Bradley enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and trying new recipes in the kitchen and on the BBQ smoker!
